Position details below: Provide first-level support for user incidents, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and update Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, as well as the Microsoft 365 suite and other corporate applications. Support wired and Wi-Fi network infrastructure, printers, and peripherals; perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops and notebooks. Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including account creation, unlocking, and password resets. Assist in basic firewall policy configuration and monitoring of security solutions such as antivirus with EDR. Contact vendors to open tickets related to communication links and outsourced services. When required, provide on-site support at group locations and maintain documentation of procedures and service records in the ITSM tool, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology; * Experience in infrastructure support, specifically with Windows and Windows Server platforms; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B. Additional information: * Compensation composed of base salary + 30% hazard pay; * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with Saturday on-call shifts; Required Knowledge and Skills: * Proficiency in Windows 7/10 operating systems and Microsoft Office.
