We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst/Team Leader to lead our technical support team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in responding to user requests, supervising and developing the team, implementing improvements in system support processes, and performing infrastructure department technical routines as required or directed by department management. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the support team to ensure delivery of high-quality service. * Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Infrastructure, Systems, and Applications used by the company. * Monitor performance metrics and customer satisfaction. * Manage documentation of support processes and procedures. * Train and upskill the team and users on new technologies and systems. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize system integration. * Support continuous improvement initiatives in support processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Technology. * Experience in technical support and process management. * Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure. * Knowledge of Infrastructure Management for databases. * Skills in technical problem diagnosis and resolution. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
