Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What we’re looking for?** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Responsible for providing user support via telephone, remote, or in-person assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of service requests, escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; * Handling tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Providing technical support to ensure high availability and performance of clients’ platforms; and, when required, guiding and training users; * Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange email and Lotus Notes, setting up user profiles, installing VPN, configuring Active Directory and IP settings; Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and qualifications** **Knowledge of:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * IIS; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Fundamentals of Information Security. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Information Security. **Nice-to-have skills** * Knowledge of CITRIX; * ITIL certification; * MCITP: EA or MCSE certification. **Working hours** * ****06:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 15-day on, 15-day off rotation **NOTE:** Hey!
