Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Responsible for providing user support via telephone, remote, or in-person assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable incident analysis and resolution, escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; * Incidents related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Office Suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Providing technical support to ensure high availability and performance of clients’ platforms, and, when required, guiding and training users; * Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, acceptance testing, and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange email, Lotus Notes, setting up user profiles, installing VPN, Active Directory, and IP configuration; Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, acceptance testing, and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and qualifications** **Knowledge of:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * IIS; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security concepts. **Nice-to-have skills:** * CITRIX knowledge; * ITIL certification; * MCITP: EA or MCSE certification. **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 in Agudos \- SP **NOTE:** Hey!
