We seek commitment, agility in processes, creativity, and continuous contribution to our team through your pursuit of knowledge. Objectives/Responsibilities: Achieve assigned targets. Know, respect, and practice our cultural code. Know, experience, and clearly explain Magrass protocols, Magrass foods, services provided at the clinic, and usage of the Magrass Clube App. Complete training courses at UMF and update yourself periodically, including new trainings. Conduct referral prospecting. Prepare treatment rooms before appointments and organize them after completion. Perform procedures according to the schedule, understanding that daily adjustments may occur. Operate and sanitize equipment correctly to ensure client safety and prevent equipment damage. Monitor weight evolution indicators and assist the nutritionist in developing action plans if targets are not met. Produce content for social media—including videos and photos—as requested by the Social Media team or proactively. Track sales results, service notes, weight-loss efficiency, and external referrals; develop action plans to improve performance and achieve individual targets. Provide support to other company departments when requested or act proactively.
