




Job Summary: The Tax Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, document organization, issuing tax invoices, and providing support to various company departments. Key Highlights: 1. Active collaboration in supporting different departments. **TAX ASSISTANT POSITION** **Location:** Prudente de Morais – MG **Responsibilities:** * Archive and organize physical and digital documents; answer telephone calls and relay information to respective departments; complete forms, spreadsheets, and internal system registrations; assist in controlling and requesting direct and indirect materials, as well as PPEs, according to departmental needs; * Issue, verify, and enter administrative documents—such as tax invoices, bank slips, and reports—into the system; * Support other departments with routine tasks as directed by management, including scanning, printing, and emailing documents; * Receive and forward correspondence to internal departments and responsible personnel; assist in organizing meeting schedules and appointments. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Experience in the field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM. **Salary:** R$ 2,300.00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$ 300.00), breakfast, transportation allowance, personal accident insurance, restaurant partnership (50% borne by employee, 50% by employer), health plan (Unimed co-payment), Profit Sharing Program (PLR), productivity bonus.
