Join us!** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Structure and maintain the organization's **project and portfolio governance**. * Define and disseminate **project management methodologies, processes, and best practices**. * Track the **planning, execution, and control** of strategic projects. * Develop and monitor **schedules, KPIs, status reports, and executive dashboards**. * Monitor **risks, dependencies, and deviations in schedule, scope, and cost**. * Act as the interface between **business units, technology, and executive leadership**. * Support project managers and leaders in **portfolio initiative prioritization and management**. * Lead progress meetings, project committees, and stakeholder reporting. * Ensure **standardization of project documentation and communication**. * Support continuous improvement of project management and governance processes. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience working as a **Senior PMO or in project portfolio management**. * Experience with **project governance and management methodologies** (PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid). * Experience in **information technology or digital transformation environments**. * Experience with project management tools and performance indicator tracking. * Strong **organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills**. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Project management certification (PMP, PMO\-CP, or similar). * Experience in **medium-to-large corporate environments**. * Experience in **IT strategic portfolio and project management**. ### **Work Model** * **Hybrid**, with on-site presence at the office in **Belo Horizonte – MG**. * Contract type: **PJ**.
