Expanding brand and gastronomy reference We seek a proactive, responsible Store Manager with strong leadership capabilities to join the Feijoada Nuu Balde team — an expanding brand and reference in Brazilian gastronomy. We are looking for someone who can lead with empathy, organize processes, and guarantee excellence in customer service and operations. Responsibilities: * Coordinate front-of-house, kitchen, and delivery teams * Ensure compliance with franchise quality standards * Monitor inventory control and supply ordering * Resolve internal conflicts and propose workplace improvements * Provide direct support to unit management with a results focus Requirements: * Prior experience in restaurant management or similar operations * Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills * Good communication, organization, and goal orientation * Availability to work on weekends and holidays * Preferred: Basic knowledge of management systems (e.g., Saipos) Advantages: * Experience in franchises or high-quality operations * Team spirit, initiative, and dynamism We Offer: * Market-competitive salary + Transportation allowance + Meal allowance * Professional growth opportunity Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Store Manager (Mandatory) * Leadership (Preferred)
