The intern will be responsible for supporting the post-sales commercial team, assisting in the continuous improvement of services delivered to our customers. Among the main responsibilities, the intern will register new customers, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate in our system. Additionally, the intern will register new parts, ensuring inventory is always updated and information is available to our customers. The intern will also complete return forms, ensuring all processes are conducted efficiently and customers enjoy a satisfactory experience. For this opportunity, we seek a student currently enrolled in undergraduate programs related to administration, logistics, engineering, or similar fields. It is important that the candidate has good communication skills, responsibility, and interest in learning about the post-sales process.
