Assists in production line processes, including: product and material sorting; supplying production lines; handling equipment and operating machinery; quality control; cleaning machines; organizing the production environment; monitoring products on the line to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Operates high-complexity process and packaging machinery, adhering to parameters such as speed and temperature, while maintaining product quality standards (moisture content, density, expansion, hard spots, salt content, waste rate, shelf life, micro-perforations, weight control), as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
