Assists in production line processes, including product and material sorting, production line replenishment, equipment handling and machine operation, quality control, machine cleaning, production area organization, and real-time monitoring of products on the line to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Operates more complex process and packaging machines, adhering to parameters such as speed and temperature, while maintaining product quality standards (moisture content, density, expansion, hard spots, salt content, waste, shelf life, micro-perforations, weight control), as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
