Description: * High school diploma * Certification in Forklift Operation, Overhead Crane Operation, and Sweeping * Experience as a forklift operator * NR11 training course * Knowledge in handling packaging and palletized products Desirable: * First aid and emergency response * Operate forklift and overhead crane for loading and unloading palletized cement and big bags, ensuring service to customers and suppliers, strictly following safety procedures and guaranteeing equipment preservation and preventive maintenance. * Verify license plates in the scheduling system and enter information into the device available on the equipment, ensuring compliance with internal shipping controls. * Check the cargo, verifying quantities, product types, and predetermined arrangements, preventing incorrect loadings. * Perform product arrangement on pallets according to standardization required for layer formation intended for shipping, in accordance with Cimento Nacional's policy. * Monitor the number of torn or damaged bags during loading and unloading operations to assess breakage rate. * Care for and inspect equipment, keeping them in good working condition, identifying maintenance needs to prevent operational downtime. * Carry out cleaning of the area and equipment, ensuring proper organization and preservation, operating sweepers or other appropriate equipment and tools. * Perform cleaning and organization of the reprocessing area for bags returned from loading, maintaining an adequate environment for receiving possible returns from customers or Cimento Nacional distribution centers. * Keep the workplace always clean and organized, creating a safe environment for carrying out activities. * Perform other duties inherent to the position and within the scope of the role, provided properly qualified and possessing the necessary knowledge and experience. * Stay updated on technological advancements in your field of work, aiming for professional improvement, knowledge expansion, and contributing to continuous improvement of company results. * Ensure compliance with the principles and values of Cimento Nacional's code of conduct. * Preserve personal physical integrity and promote that of colleagues, third parties, and others involved, adopting and promoting risk prevention attitudes and overall health promotion. * Promote and comply with legal provisions and internal Occupational Health and Safety procedures, as well as environmental preservation, contributing to eliminate situations that could pose risks of workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental degradation. 2510230202201794566
