Contract management and monitoring of receivables **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist with administrative and financial activities at the branch; * Monitor store cash flow by recording receipts and payments in the system; * Conduct credit analyses and support approval or rejection of credit grants, following established criteria; * Manage delinquencies, including handling returned checks, friendly collections, and forwarding outstanding issues for credit reporting or to the central department, as required. * Register customers, suppliers, and employees in the internal system; * Manage internal financing contracts, organizing documents and monitoring receivables to validate transactions involving retention of title. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields currently preferred but not mandatory); * Experience in administrative and financial routine tasks.
