Provide general administrative support to management and the sales team, ensuring the store office operates efficiently and facilitating daily operations. * **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Order coffee for training sessions, when necessary. * Organize documents; request payments/receipts from the finance department. * Update inventory, purchasing, and sales reporting spreadsheets. * Greet and assist customers. * Support management in preparing meetings and reports. * Provide support for cash flow management and financial data reconciliation. * **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in administrative routines. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
