Technical expertise in pricing and negotiation of international freight **Inside Sales Team Management (6 people):** • Lead, develop, and engage the internal sales team, serving as a technical and behavioral reference. • Monitor individual and collective performance, focusing on productivity, proposal quality, and conversion rates. • Conduct structured feedback sessions, one-on-one meetings, and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs). • Promote continuous training in sales techniques, negotiation, pricing, and international logistics. • Ensure standardization of sales approaches, proposals, and follow-ups.
