Instagram: b.great.academia \*Responsibilities and Duties:\* \- Manage client portfolio/class with updated training programs. \- Monitor and guide clients attentively and preventively. \- Conduct classes according to the company’s technical and operational manuals. \- Provide guidance and technical support to the intern group. \- Maintain the gym clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. \- Greet and direct students with friendliness and enthusiasm, seeking appropriate solutions and/or referrals while respecting others and valuing humanity. \- Actively participate in the training and certification schedule. \- Relay customer feedback to management team members. \- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and valid CREF registration Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$30.00 per hour Expected Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week Benefits: * Free parking * Transportation allowance
