**Main responsibilities:** Support the development team in creating, maintaining, and testing internal systems and integrations, assisting with operational tasks and learning best practices in programming, version control, and security. This is a training-oriented role aimed at evaluating the candidate’s technical and behavioral capabilities for future performance as a full-stack systems developer. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in coding small routines and simple fixes under guidance. * Make adjustments to forms, APIs, and SQL queries. * Support integration of internal systems (RM, Fluig, SharePoint, Power BI). * Participate in code reviews and apply received feedback. * Execute basic tests (unit or manual) on new features. * Record and document identified errors. * Support creation of test scripts and data validation scripts. * Execute simple SQL queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE).
