Assistance in understanding routines for technical support Position: Information Technology Technician We are hiring an Information Technology Technician to work under maintenance and support contracts for equipment, systems, and users at a hospital and UPA (Emergency Care Unit) in Bom Jesus – PI. A completed technical high school diploma or a completed bachelor’s degree in IT is desired. Main Responsibilities: Installation, configuration, support, and repair of software and hardware; User technical support and assistance; Identification of recurring issues and support in improving adopted solutions; Assistance in assessing user needs related to systems and equipment; Support in understanding routines and processes to enhance technical support and proper handling of technical requests; Recording and tracking of performed support activities. Desirable Qualifications: Strong communication skills with users; Organization and sense of responsibility; Observational ability and understanding of work routines.
