Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and backoffice workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, implement continuous improvements, and manage change. Handle complex support tickets (Level 3\), resolve data inconsistencies, and manipulate data using SQL Server. Develop manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and train key users. Create customized reports, dashboards, and monitor KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
