




Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and cheerful professional to provide customer service in bars, with a focus on excellence, negotiation, relationship management, and collaboration with Marketing. Collaboration with Marketing on campaigns and social engagement We are a group of bars in Belo Horizonte and the metropolitan region, and we are looking for a professional to work in Customer Service! Delivering excellent service is essential to us; therefore, we seek someone who is communicative, cheerful, skilled in negotiation, and enjoys interacting with people. If this describes you, join our TEAM! ✅ Responsibilities and Duties Customer service and support for: · Table reservations and events (e.g., birthday parties) · Communication via phone, WhatsApp, and social media · Resolving customer requests and escalating to management when necessary · Organization and management of customer information: · Data registration and control · Support in relationship-building and loyalty initiatives · Collaboration with the Marketing department: · Participation in campaigns and promotional activities · Support in social media engagement and communication ✅ Work Schedule ✅ Rotating 6x1 schedule 1 weekly day off according to the schedule 1 Sunday off per month ✅ Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 1-hour lunch break ✅ Flexible schedule to be arranged ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Social Media (completed or in progress) preferred ✅ Salary: R$ 1.730,00 fixed + bonus based on reservations ✅ **Benefits:** * Mobility allowance or fuel assistance (no payroll deduction) * Medical assistance (consultations and exams) * Unimed Dental * Life insurance + funeral assistance * Bonuses * Birthday day off * Wellhub (Gympass) Employment Type: Direct CLT hire Compensation: R$1.740,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Work Location: On-site
