Job Summary: The Junior Planning Analyst will be responsible for analyzing deadlines, managing projects, purchase requisitions, and materials to ensure timely delivery to customers. Analysis of deadlines and organization for timely delivery to customers **Junior Planning Analyst** for **Haver\& Boecker** **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (final semester) or related fields; technical course in mechanical, electromechanical, machining, or mechatronics fields; intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; knowledge of SAP ERP system; experience in PCP \- Production Planning and Control; valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); basic English or Spanish; ability to read technical drawings is essential. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for analyzing renovation deadlines to define workload distribution; conducting project kick-off and closing meetings; managing purchase requisitions for materials and services. Also includes verifying material availability in SAP, requesting inter-branch transfers, following up with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines, and coordinating with quality inspectors. Additionally, involves evaluating inventory levels and material costs, transporting parts and handling resources, daily meetings with the warehouse team, and planning sales orders for timely customer delivery. **Salary:** Please submit your salary expectations. **Benefits:** Chartered bus service, food basket, life insurance, and on-site meals. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\.
