Job Summary: Coordinate and execute people management activities, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, labor legislation, and best HR practices, thereby fostering a work environment aligned with the company's values. Strategic involvement in compliance and employee well-being Responsible for coordinating and executing people management activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, labor legislation, and best HR practices. Acts as the liaison between operations and the corporate HR function, promoting a work environment aligned with the company's values, culture, and guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees at the industrial plant. * Manage training and development programs, focusing on technical and behavioral competencies. * Monitor organizational climate indicators, absenteeism, turnover, and propose improvement actions. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and occupational safety regulations in collaboration with SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety Service). * Support operational leaders in team management, providing guidance on performance, discipline, and development. * Administer benefits, electronic timekeeping, and payroll jointly with the Personnel Administration department. * Lead internal marketing and communication initiatives targeted at the factory workforce. * Participate in internal and external audits to ensure HR process compliance. * Act as a facilitator in conflict resolution and interpersonal relationship mediation. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR supervision, preferably within industrial settings. * Knowledge of labor legislation and trade union relations practices. * Proficiency in people management, assertive communication, and data analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel skills. * Willingness to work and/or reside in Sete Lagoas.
