Join our team! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT \#SOMOSVIBRA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the responsible supervisor of the Expedition area; * Monitor the execution of production programs; * Control production activities within the area under responsibility; * Critically analyze the performance of the production area; * Monitor and act upon people management indicators; * Comply with legislation applicable to domestic and international markets; * Identify and request maintenance interventions from the Maintenance department; * Plan equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance; * Promote changes within the department, suggesting innovation and process improvements; * Daily planning with leadership teams for the following day’s activities, weekend schedules, and routine tasks; * Monitor daily product quality; * Foster disciplined behavior among team members under supervision; * Daily monitoring of approved vs. actual staffing levels; * Proactively collaborate with HR on internal and external recruitment processes for the department; * Ensure workplace hygiene and organization to maintain a clean and orderly environment conducive to optimal operational performance; * Manage people and teams under supervision; * Apply and implement standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in expedition and people management; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work the third shift; * Quality and management tools; * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
