Reports directly to the Local Distribution Coordinator, Local WHS Manager, and Brazil Warehouse Director. **Your impact** * Supervise teams of Forklift Operators, Stock Checkers, and Assistants during their respective shifts, supporting them in all tasks for which they are responsible; * Supervise teams of Forklift Operators, Stock Checkers, and Assistants during their respective shifts, supporting them in all tasks for which they are responsible; * Monitor and control absenteeism and turnover among direct reports, taking immediate action to ensure such occurrences do not impact operations; * Manage the schedules and vacation calendars of direct reports; * Monitor and track the performance of direct reports; * Apply disciplinary measures to direct reports in accordance with the progressive disciplinary matrix; * Develop action plans to correct issues affecting direct reports; * Report daily to managers on shift performance, problems encountered, and consult them on decisions outside your authority that may impact operations; * Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and correct use of company assets; * Promote integration among shift workers and other support areas; * Monitor movement losses during your respective shift, ensuring accurate execution and implementation of necessary corrective actions; * Ensure proper execution of shift-start meetings; * Conduct inspections focused on 5S, Food Safety, and Productivity; * Support the operations team by identifying improvement opportunities related to scenario changes and cleaning, ensuring timely completion; * Verify retention schedules with Manufacturing and ensure correct execution; * Identify improvement opportunities in area metrics (Loading/Unloading Time, Inventory, BPA, BPS, etc.) and jointly propose actions with the WHS Coordinator/Manager; * When line stoppages occur, ensure communication to involved parties according to the established schedule; * Enforce all Safety, Environment, and Quality standards, supervising your respective shift to ensure compliance with all requirements. * Supervise and ensure implementation of Safety and Sustainability pillar topics through audits and action plans to achieve 100% reporting, interface with SASS team, CIPA renewal, Fire Brigade, and PPE delivery. * Supervise execution of Mandatory Safety Training and Company-recommended training for administrative and operations staff, as well as Machine and Equipment training. * Manage third-party service providers: Ensure service delivery by vendors and verify documentation per SASS requirements. * Supervise and ensure Quality topics through audits, execution of action plans to achieve 100% reporting, and interface with the Logistics Quality team; * Ensure delivery of team operational productivity, monitor results using available tools and systems, and develop action plans for identified opportunities.
