Budget preparation and delivery timeline definition **Summary Description:** Responsible for analyzing the client's technical documentation to prepare technical and pre\-qualification proposals for industrial systems and equipment. **Detailed Description:** Analyze technical documentation received from the client, identifying conditions for product supply, and ensure necessary records are entered into internal controls. Conduct field-based technical site visits at the client’s premises to collect required data. Maintain client contact to resolve technical issues, holding technical meetings to clarify scope requirements. Prepare budgets by gathering information from relevant departments, obtaining market quotations, prospecting suppliers, estimating costs (direct and indirect), and defining delivery timelines. Prepare technical proposals incorporating all researched and mapped information to create a supply description; after this step, submit the document for editing and formatting. Meet with Management to present proposed terms and validate the budget. Analyze and respond to the client’s technical inquiries, and revise the proposal if necessary. Prepare cost summaries for proposals accepted by clients, forward them to the Contracts Department, and, if required, separate technical documentation. Participate in alignment meetings regarding budgets for issuing Service Orders. Ensure quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated through tasks under their responsibility. Accurately log activity progress in accordance with leadership guidance.
