Responsible for performing collection activities, monitoring the customer portfolio, negotiating payment terms and amounts, and ensuring effective credit recovery in accordance with the company's financial policy. \-Contact customers via phone, e\-mail, or other channels to collect outstanding invoices. \-Negotiate payment terms, conditions, and agreements according to company policies. \-Issue and send bank slips (boletos), debt statements, and collection letters. \-Monitor the portfolio of delinquent accounts and update records in ERP systems. \-Support the Finance department in tracking incoming payments. \-Prepare collection reports, performance indicators, and portfolio metrics. \-Interact with Commercial and Finance departments to resolve pending issues. \-Ensure proper organization and filing of collection documents. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Proficiency in financial control tools (Excel and integrated systems); * Ability to perform calculations and basic accounting knowledge; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Prior experience in the field is a plus but not mandatory. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Attendance Bonus * Meal Voucher **Work Location:** ---------------------- Initially in Santa Luzia (Av. das Indústrias, Vila Olga), and later in Estoril neighborhood (Rua Desembargador Edésio Fernandes) **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday)
