Join us in building the future of technology! **Position: Senior Support Analyst** **What will you do daily?** * Serve as the technical reference within VMware environments. * Administer vCenter, vSphere, and ESXi hosts. * Manage resources, clusters, and availability. * Perform troubleshooting and advanced environment support. * Provide technical support to internal teams and customers. * Support infrastructure evolution and standardization. * Propose and implement continuous improvements, optimizations, and standardizations. **What we expect from you:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields) * Experience with VMware vCenter, vSphere, and ESXi. * Experience with support and troubleshooting. * Experience with server and storage infrastructure. * Solid understanding of networking (VLANs, switches, connectivity) * Experience with backup and recovery in virtual environments. * Experience with operating systems (Windows and Linux). * Knowledge of high availability and performance concepts. * Knowledge of retention policies, replication, and compliance. * Experience in highly critical corporate environments. **Nice-to-have (not mandatory but beneficial):** * Courses, training, or certifications in VMware, VMware vSphere (Administration), vCenter, and ESXi. **Join IT-ONE!** We are driven by people: diverse, unique, and essential.
