Develop compensation indicators and dashboards (People Analytics) Grupo SEB is hiring a **Senior Compensation Analyst**, to work at its Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join Grupo SEB!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about Grupo SEB: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain the job and salary structure, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness; * Contribute to organizational structure design and redesign (org design), including organizational chart analyses, job sizing, and restructuring impact assessments; * Conduct merit, promotion, classification, and salary movement analyses; * Build financial simulations and budgetary impact analyses; * Participate in salary surveys and market positioning analyses; * Develop compensation indicators and dashboards (People Analytics); * Support managers with salary proposals, movements, and headcount planning; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in compensation or in compensation/job and salary projects; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, HR, or related fields; * Knowledge of salary structures and market surveys; * Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and/or VBA) and experience with Power BI; * Experience with HR systems; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Preferred qualifications: SQL, People Analytics, postgraduate studies or certifications in Compensation; * Preferred qualification: English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday 08:00–17:00 hrs; * For candidates from Ribeirão Preto-SP — On-site mode — working at the Administrative Headquarters.
