




Description: To occupy the position of Recruitment and Selection Analyst, you must: * Hold a completed undergraduate degree in fields such as Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related areas; * Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others is desirable; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is required; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, with an emphasis on diversity across positions; * You will stand out if you possess intermediate-level Power BI/Excel skills. The Recruitment and Selection Analyst will be responsible for: * Managing all Attraction and Selection processes, with a focus on results and execution; * Screening and sourcing resumes; * Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates, forwarding them to hiring managers via assessment reports and validating language proficiency (English) when necessary; * Handling national and international job openings (Brazil, Europe, United States, China); * Holding briefing meetings with hiring managers, acting as a consultant to understand departmental needs and how to address them; * Creating, reviewing, and publishing job postings on platforms, social media, etc.; * Administering psychological tests when required; * Facilitating individual and group assessment activities; * Developing and maintaining operational Attraction & Selection (A&S) activities (schedules/indicators/shortlists, etc.); * Organizing and managing financial payments to vendors serving the department; * Monitoring, developing, and presenting departmental KPIs; * Ensuring all departmental processes comply with ISO 9001. 2512210202551437088
