These will be your challenges as a Project Planning Intern: * Assist in developing and updating construction and project schedules; * Assist in interfacing with internal departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure adherence to established plans and deadlines; * Assist in administrative routines of the department, supporting the full performance of all team members; * Assist in collecting data related to project progress; * Assist in identifying failure points and network saturation, generating tickets for failure resolution via Helpdesk; * Assist analysts in monitoring KPIs, documentation, and reporting; * Assist the team in preparing routine and procedural documents for all company departments; * Assist inspectors and technicians in documenting trainings and/or audits, updating reports and disseminating information; * Assist in collecting data related to project progress, either on-site or remotely. 2512210202551664575
