CONSTRUCTION PLANNING TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring on-site service execution, ensuring compliance with planning, quality, and deadlines, as well as assisting in coordination and inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring construction execution and physical progress 2. Ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to scheduled deadlines 3. Collaborating with inspection teams and internal departments Oversee the execution of construction services under your responsibility, collect data, update physical progress of activities, and collaborate with inspection teams, contractors' representatives, and internal departments to ensure alignment with the defined plan, identify deviations, and support operational adjustments whenever necessary. Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility; Participate in Interface Meetings with Planners and Project Managers to align activities, construction schedules, logistics, and other relevant matters; Monitor execution of construction activities under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and scheduled deadlines; Collect field information regarding physical and productive progress, recording measurements and status of work fronts in appropriate documentation; Update and report daily or periodically the schedule data based on actual construction progress to the responsible party(ies); Assist in reconciling the planned schedule with actual site conditions; Support inspection teams in verifying measurements of services performed by contractors, whenever necessary. Identify delays, operational constraints, and interferences affecting construction progress, reporting them to the Planner and Engineering and Management teams. **Education**: Technical degree in Building Construction, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Relevant Experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience in team supervision or management. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction monitoring activities. **Knowledge**: Proficiency in planning software and construction control tools. Willingness to travel is mandatory.
