**Logistics Analyst \- Physical Store and E\-commerce** **Location: Belvedere — Belo Horizonte \| On-site model** We are seeking a hands\-on, organized individual with strong operational insight — someone who not only executes existing processes but is also capable of structuring, improving, and implementing more efficient practices for the company’s physical and online operations. The ideal candidate is curious, quick to learn systems, able to understand logistics workflows, and proactive in proposing solutions that enhance control, agility, and predictability in operations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and organize products arriving at the company. * Define and manage appropriate storage locations for products. * Ensure physical inventory organization and data accuracy in the system. * Coordinate order picking, packaging, and shipment for orders placed via the website, WhatsApp, and other sales channels. * Monitor integration among systems, inventory, orders, and carriers. * Support implementation of best practices in logistics, inventory, and operational control. * Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements. * Track delivery deadlines, order status, and potential issues with carriers. * Interface with the physical store, customer service, finance/tax departments, and suppliers. * Support tax-related routines such as invoice issuance and goods entry/exit, when required. * Continuously seek knowledge about management systems, ERP, logistics control, and e\-commerce integrations. ### **Technical Requirements** * Experience in logistics, inventory, operations, or e\-commerce. * Familiarity with management systems, ERP, or integrated platforms. * Basic understanding of tax processes related to product entry and exit. * Strong organizational skills, process-oriented mindset, and ability to implement improvements. * Analytical, practical profile with initiative to structure what is not yet established. * Effective communication skills to interact with internal departments, suppliers, and carriers. ### **Behavioral Profile** Hands\-on person* rolls up their sleeves and solves problems * Highly organized with strong sense of priority * Ownership mindset (focused on continuous improvement) * Analytical, capable of identifying bottlenecks and flaws * Strong process structuring ability and capacity to implement more efficient practices * Curious profile with ease in learning systems and logistics concepts * Solid operational vision and ability to anticipate issues * Good communication skills to interact with departments: physical store, finance/tax, customer service, suppliers, and carriers.
