Job Summary:
A professional responsible for quality and food safety management, production control, team supervision, and processes in ice cream parlors.

Main Responsibilities and Activities
* **Quality and Food Safety Management:** Monitor compliance with ANVISA regulations (hygiene, handling), ensure pest control, manage shelf life (FIFO \- First In, First Out), and guarantee proper storage of raw materials and gelatos.
* **Production Control (Technical Specifications):** Supervise gelato production to ensure strict adherence to recipes and technical specifications, guaranteeing standardization of flavor, texture, and presentation.
* **Team Supervision and Training:** Train ice cream makers/handlers in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), provide guidance on equipment and utensil sanitation, and conduct feedback sessions to maintain quality standards.
* **Process Management and Audits:** Conduct internal audits at stores and production laboratories, issue non-conformance reports, and develop corrective action plans for deviations.
* **Equipment Maintenance:** Monitor periodic maintenance of pasteurizers, ice cream makers, and display cases, ensuring proper calibration.
* **Waste and Inventory Management:** Measure production waste, control inventory levels, and assist the procurement department in supplier qualification.
* **Customer Service:** Analyze customer complaints related to product quality, investigate root causes, and implement corrective measures.
Common Requirements
* **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree completed in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
* **Experience:** Prior experience in quality control within the *food service* sector (ice cream parlors, restaurants, food manufacturing industries).
* **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in food safety regulations (Good Manufacturing Practices \- GMP) and knowledge of ice cream manufacturing processes.
* **Behavioral Skills:** Leadership, ability to train teams, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proactivity in problem solving.
* Availability to rotate across the company's 07 units
* Degree in Nutrition or Food Engineering
* Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
