Operating in Brazil for over 10 years, it employs approximately 250 professionals nationwide, delivering product development services to OEMs and automotive suppliers. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and manage propulsion system development projects according to customer standards * Monitor schedules, costs, risks, and performance indicators, with regular status reporting * Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead technical meetings, including time and cost impact analyses * Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement of products and processes * Interface with global engineering, procurement, and manufacturing departments * Ensure confidentiality of technical information **Qualifications** **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Production) * Experience in product development or project management within the automotive industry * Knowledge of vehicle propulsion systems (preferred) * Advanced English proficiency * Proficiency in MS Office suite **Profile** * Analytical, proactive, and communicative mindset * Leadership ability and strong teamwork skills **Location:** Betim/MG (on-site) **Additional Information** Applus IDIADA is committed to **equality,** **diversity** and **inclusion**.
