Join us!** ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and calibrate control strategies for embedded systems * Manage software and calibration activities through to production release * Ensure compliance with system functional and performance requirements * Optimize efficiency and energy consumption * Develop and evolve control strategies according to project needs * Perform virtual, bench, and vehicle testing * Diagnose and resolve software and calibration issues * Collaborate with global engineering teams and suppliers * Support vehicle testing and field activities (road tests) * Deliver on program milestones ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science or related) * Experience in the automotive industry with embedded systems * Experience in calibration and control development * Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, C/C++ or tools such as CANape * Strong communication and organizational skills * Analytical mindset with results orientation ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or Master's in related fields * Experience with tools such as INCA, dSPACE or TargetLink * Knowledge of agile methodologies * Scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Perl) * Experience with MIL, SIL, HIL and vehicle testing * Knowledge of in-vehicle networks (CAN/LIN) * Experience with quality tools (Six Sigma, Kepner-Tregoe) * Experience with version control (Git/SVN) **What We Offer** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Maternity and Paternity leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
