Communicating with customers and aligning with the routing department Description The Logistics Intern supports the department's operational activities, assisting in warehouse organization, inventory control, order tracking, and other logistics processes. The intern contributes to improving the efficiency and optimization of the company's logistics operations. **Responsibilities:** * Verify customer return requests (via WhatsApp or phone call); * Request photos and videos of the items from customers for return validation; * Maintain control via spreadsheets and systems to record all returned items; * Maintain clear and objective communication with end customers regarding the importance of preserving the items; * Coordinate with the routing department to ensure collection scheduling remains up to date; * Flag damaged items to management for analysis and problem resolution. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Availability to work in the afternoon shift; * Problem-solving focus and analytical mindset; * Basic knowledge of Excel. **Benefits:** * Internship stipend of R$1,000.00 * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Life insurance * Afternoon snack at the office
