As a **Senior Copywriter**, your mission will be to research, create, and refine daily content for our social media and digital channels—based on data and performance metrics. We’re looking for someone curious, always tuned into trends, and eager to experiment with formats and ideas. **Responsibilities and duties** * Create persuasive and creative copy for paid media campaigns, email marketing, websites, product descriptions, social media, and influencer scripts; * Develop written communications for product launches, conversion funnels, and monetization strategies; * Script video content—including interviews, testimonials, and campaigns—with a focus on conversion and brand strengthening; * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Media teams to ensure all communications align with business objectives; * Monitor content performance metrics and propose optimizations based on results; * Ensure consistency of brand voice and positioning across all channels; * Conduct audience behavior and language research to adapt content for different personas; * Apply copywriting techniques, SEO principles, and best practices in digital content to expand reach and improve performance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism**, or related fields; * Prior experience as a **Copywriter**, with a focus on performance and conversion; * Excellent command of Portuguese and persuasive writing techniques; * Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail; * Collaborative mindset for working within multidisciplinary teams. **Preferred:** * Experience with **digital products, launch strategies, or funnel-focused copy.** **Additional information** Meal allowance via Flash benefits card — R$30.00/day; You may choose between transportation allowance or fuel allowance, also delivered via the Flash card (flexible benefit); 50% discount on any product from the Ei, Beleza?
