Description: We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: * Completed high school education * Certification for Forklift, Overhead Crane, and Sweeper Operation * Experience as a forklift operator * NR11 Training Course * Knowledge of handling packaged goods and palletized products You will stand out if you also have: * First aid and emergency response training Work Location and Schedule: * Sete Lagoas Factory * 4x4 rotating shift: 4 consecutive workdays from 07:00 to 19:00, followed by 4 days off; then 4 consecutive workdays from 19:00 to 07:00. * Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for loading and unloading palletized cement and big bags, ensuring timely service to customers and suppliers, strictly adhering to safety procedures, and guaranteeing equipment preservation and preventive maintenance. * Verify shipping plates in the scheduling system and enter information into the device available on the equipment, ensuring compliance with internal dispatch controls. * Inspect loads, verifying quantities, product types, and pre\-defined stacking arrangements to prevent incorrect loading. * Stack products onto pallets according to standardized layer configurations required for dispatch, in accordance with Cimento Nacional’s policy. * Monitor the number of torn or damaged bags during loading and unloading operations to assess breakage rate. * Maintain and inspect equipment, keeping them in good working condition and identifying maintenance needs to avoid operational downtime. * Clean the work area and equipment, ensuring appropriate organization and preservation, operating sweepers or other suitable equipment and tools. * Clean and organize the reprocessing area for bags originating from loading operations, maintaining suitable conditions for receiving possible customer returns or returns from Cimento Nacional’s distribution centers. * Keep the workplace consistently clean and organized, creating a safe environment for performing tasks. * Perform other duties inherent to the position and commensurate with its level, provided the candidate is duly qualified and possesses the necessary knowledge and experience. * Stay updated on technological advancements within their field of expertise to enhance professional development, broaden knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement of company results. * Ensure adherence to the principles and values outlined in Cimento Nacional’s Code of Conduct. * Safeguard one’s own physical integrity and promote that of colleagues, third parties, and others involved, adopting and disseminating risk prevention and general health promotion practices. * Promote and comply with legal requirements and internal Occupational Health and Safety procedures, as well as environmental preservation, contributing to the elimination of situations that may pose risks of workplace accidents, occupational diseases, or environmental degradation. 2512190202551794566
