The role involves interacting with suppliers, obtaining price quotations, tracking orders, and managing inventory control, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of company activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines. * Control inventory and product replenishment. * Update departmental registrations, spreadsheets, and reports. * Support the purchasing team in administrative and operational routines. **Desired Profile:** * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. * Agility in handling multiple demands. * Proactivity and proficiency with numbers and controls. * Experience in procurement or administrative roles is a plus.
