Organization and maintenance of files and records Perform administrative support services across various departments of the Company, observing and applying the rules and procedures established by each department. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE** * Assist in analyses and information gathering to provide basic elements for departmental processes; * Support research and studies related to departmental topics, as directed, to provide input for departmental decision-making; * Prepare reports and spreadsheets for activity control and monitoring within the department; * Collect statistical data to support departmental processes; * Conduct data collection, controls, data entry, and system registrations, and prepare supporting materials for the department; * Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental files, databases, and records; * Provide support for operational activities inherent to the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **THE SPARK WE SEEK** Required: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a higher education degree in any field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. **TO HIGHLIGHT THIS SPARK** Preferred: * Familiarity with integrated systems relevant to the department.
