Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring operational compliance, managing fleets, controlling costs, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, and guaranteeing safety and regulatory adherence. Customer and supplier relationship management Analysis and execution of the following responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push, and Pull operations): \- Ensuring compliance of operational resources (drivers, vehicles, and equipment); \- Operational activities related to fleet management and documentation (preventive and corrective maintenance routines; road safety inspections; fuel consumption monitoring; cost administration; quotations; vehicle tracking; inventory and spare parts/tire stock maintenance; fine control; driver, vehicle, and/or equipment documentation management, etc.); \- Achievement of unit performance indicators; \- Compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for freight drivers/truck drivers/forklift operators; \- Customer relationship management; \- Relationship management with transportation suppliers compatible with the company’s and its customers’ needs; \- Execution of related tasks, responding to requests from superiors; \- Safeguarding company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); \- Strict adherence to all company and customer procedures, standards, and specifications; \- Proper use of uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; \- Commitment to operational targets jointly defined with the customer, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; \- Demonstrating personal and professional behavior appropriate to the role.
