Join our team! #VIBRA #SOMOSNAT #SOMOSVIBRA Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform loading activities such as: preparing the loading order, weighing the vehicle, closing the shipment (i.e., goods dispatch), followed by post-invoicing adjustments of loading costs; * Arrange vehicle transportation, monitor transport receipts (CTEs), verify charged values against rate tables, maintain CTE records in the system, calculate freight costs, and forward them to Finance; * Support route planning for internal market and primary logistics vehicles; * Record incoming returns; * Fleet control and driver management, including registration, training, and dissemination of operational regulations; * Monitor feed dispatches and deliveries to the factory and integrated farms, as well as live chicken deliveries; - Handle collection service requests and ensure timely invoicing, providing support to requesting departments across units (Sete Lagoas – Feed Mill and Slaughterhouse; Paraopeba – FFO); * Manage and relay demands from the Fuel Station (PA), conduct purchase price quotations, and manage inventory; * Ensure accuracy of billed freight costs; * Carry out departmental tasks, supporting the company by participating responsibly in ethical, legal, and lawful food production, committed to continuously improving safety culture, food quality, and environmental stewardship. Requirements and Qualifications: Mandatory: * Completed high school education; * Experience in the field (primary logistics and distribution); * Proficiency in computer applications (especially Excel); * Experience with invoices and related documents; * Availability to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday. Additional Information: Desirable: * Undergraduate studies underway in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields; * Knowledge of legislation governing tax-related operations; * Basic English proficiency.
