Involvement in administrative and organizational processes We are looking for a **Payroll / Human Resources Assistant** to operate operationally and support HR and payroll subsystems, contributing to the organization of internal processes and employee assistance. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Supporting time tracking system control and monitoring; * Providing support and clarifying doubts for employees regarding HR and payroll routines**;** * Sending and tracking labor documentation to partner departments, especially related to measurements; * Performing data entry, controls, and spreadsheet preparation in Excel; * Supporting onboarding, vacation, personnel movement, and departmental administrative routines; * Managing employee enrollment and removal from benefits; * Supporting operational demands across all HR and Payroll subsystems; * fesfsdf **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree **in progress** in HR Management, Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong writing skills; * Organization, agility, and attention to detail; * Ability to handle administrative and operational routines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in payroll routines; * Knowledge of time tracking, benefits administration, and labor documentation. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 42.00/day; * Flexible transportation card; * Meet Life dental plan; * Co-payment health insurance plan; * Group life insurance. **Work Location:** * On-site in Belo Horizonte \- Cruzeiro neighborhood * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break
