Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to work in airline catering, responsible for pre-preparation, meal production, packaging, storage, and product assembly. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for packaging, storage, and assembly We are looking for a **Production Assistant** to join an airline catering company located at Confins Airport. Key responsibilities include: performing fruit, vegetable, and salad pre-preparation (washing and cutting all ingredients to be used that day), cold cuts preparation, salad production, sandwich preparation, hot dish preparation, packaging, product labeling, storage in refrigerated chambers, assembly (into boxes, trays, drawers, and trolleys), and release for dispatch. Benefits: VA R$260/month, on-site meals (no payroll deduction), Transportation Allowance (with 6% payroll deduction), and Medical Assistance (currently under implementation) Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM on a rotating 5x1 schedule (work five consecutive days, one day off) Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1.687,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
