Job Summary: A Law professional with an active OAB registration to provide support and follow-up on legal matters, focusing on debt analysis and correction, negotiations, and collections. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and correction of debts and procedural flaws 2. Drafting of argumentative texts and monitoring of amounts 3. Support to the commercial team in negotiations and collection from delinquent clients Perform administrative tasks related to the support and follow-up of legal matters. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze chargeback and debt reports, identifying procedural flaws and correcting amounts charged by banks; * Draft argumentative texts for debt disputes with banks and monitor the return of amounts; * Issue procedural analysis and amount refund reports; * Support the commercial department in negotiating debts with active partners and drafting debt acknowledgment agreements; * Monitor payment compliance and conduct direct collection from delinquent partners, including gathering documentation for judicial actions; * Update and maintain debt and payment tracking reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Law; * Digital certificate \- **\*OAB\***; * Experience in civil law; * Experience in procedural and contractual analysis; * Strong writing and communication skills; * Proficiency in electronic judicial process systems (PJE, ESAJ, EPROC, etc). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in collections and customer service; * Experience with payroll-deductible loans (consignado). 100% on-site, business hours.
