Responsibilities: * Attend to customer requests; * Team management; * Monitor and control team and store performance indicators; develop and execute action plans to achieve store targets under your responsibility; * Serve as the store's liaison with administrative and support departments; manage store finances, infrastructure, product inventory, people, and store supply inventory; * Ensure all mandatory legal documentation complies with applicable legislation; * Implement loss prevention, risk mitigation, and safety procedures; * Receive representatives from regulatory agencies; * Guarantee proper store organization, pricing, and cleanliness according to established standards. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress * Retail industry experience and leadership roles; * Availability to work varied shifts and schedules. Wishing you success in the process!
