Maintenance of lobbies, corridors, elevators, and party halls **Full job description** Our property management and maintenance company is seeking General Services Assistants to join our team; playing a fundamental role in the condominium by ensuring environmental quality and conservation through cleaning, maintenance, and support in common areas, including maintenance of spaces such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, party halls, and parking garages. Your responsibilities include floor, wall, furniture, and equipment cleaning and sanitization, as well as waste and residue removal. You are responsible for restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies, such as soap and toilet paper. Requirements and qualifications: \*\*\*\*\* Working hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a 1-hour break.\*\*\*\*\*\* * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule; * Availability to start immediately.
