Analysis and continuous improvement of Quality KPIs JOB OPENING FOR QUALITY COORDINATOR Location: Sete Lagoas \- MG Responsibilities: Lead the Quality team operating in production, administrative, and customer service areas, focusing on: * Managing Quality activities related to product and process development, following internal methodology (APQP/PPAP), ensuring customer requirements (drawings and standards) are properly considered and met; * Coordinating activities and the team of Inspectors responsible for process audits and continuous monitoring thereof; * Monitoring and analyzing Quality department KPIs, proposing improvement actions when necessary; * Managing Technical Assistants who work directly with customers, ensuring technical support, alignment of requirements, and adherence to established quality standards. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Experience in the automotive sector is a plus; * Preferred: Training in Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green/Black Belt); Benefits: Basic food basket, on-site meals, health insurance for employee and dependents, dental plan, and profit-sharing program.
