Learn more about PepsiCo: PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The opportunity** Manage laboratory operations and issues related to analytical accuracy, methodologies, and MOTOR\+ training; Manage laboratory accounts and supplies, as well as provide support to shift technicians and frontline staff; Support renewal and maintenance of licenses; Ensure compliance with food safety and quality policies; Ensure compliance with Environmental Sustainability, Health, and Safety policies. **Your impact** * Implementation of new programs and tools to improve the Quality and Laboratory systems; * Planning and execution of audits (laboratory, SIC, 5S, etc.); * Manage results, calibrations, and verifications of analytical equipment; * Responsible for the calibration plan of the unit's analytical equipment; * Compile and manage laboratory KPIs; * Disseminate knowledge and implement analytical training programs for technicians and quality operators; * Perform account management and planning of laboratory supplies purchases; * Responsible for issuing reports and renewing federal and civil police licenses, as well as supporting the renewal of VISA and CRQ-related licenses; * Participate in innovation and Capex processes by conducting critical assessments of necessary impacts and adjustments; * Conduct interlaboratory programs and their follow-up; * Lead forums to address deviations and monitor action plans; * Support laboratory technicians' management, including adjustments to work plans.
