Your Responsibilities** * Inspect sample shipments received from clients and monitor potential nonconformities. * Communicate with clients regarding unreceived samples and support resolution of lost shipments. * Coordinate with logistics regarding routes, delays, and sample traceability. * Verify temperatures, record deviations, and support sample transport control. * Support sample receipt and system registration of related information. * Serve internal and external clients. * Assist in managing and delivering reports internally and to partners. **3. What We Expect From You** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ease in customer service. * Commitment to quality, safety, and adherence to established processes. * Ability to operate efficiently in routine operational settings and high-demand environments. **4. Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in Clinical Analysis preferred. * Ongoing undergraduate degree in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or Biology preferred. * Prior experience in a laboratory and/or customer service preferred. **5. Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in laboratory routine. * Experience in customer service. * Proficiency in process control and traceability. **6.
